Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in research methods and experience design
• 4+ years of relevant experience in technology sectors such as ticketing or event management
• Exceptional design skills with a focus on detail and execution
• Ability to navigate and resolve challenges in live experiences
• Availability for 4+ hours of overlap with the 9:30-5:30 ET workday
