Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and allocate personnel based on patient census and acuity data
- Assist with scheduling, documentation, and communication with staff and families
- Support personnel policies and procedures while providing statistical information
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of clerical experience
- Computer data entry skills
- Computerized staffing/scheduling experience preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
