Stars Reporting Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Stars Reporting and Data Analytics team member to drive their Star strategy with a focus on Part D Star measures.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and prioritize data analytics tasks for timely and accurate completion
• Collaborate with various business segments and communicate with senior leadership and clients
• Analyze data to identify trends and enhance reporting processes with a focus on automation

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in analytics, data science, statistics, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in Medicare, managed care, PBM, or health plan sectors
• Advanced proficiency with Excel, including formulas, VLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables
• Proven knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization software
• Experience managing multiple projects with changing priorities and minimal direction
