Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Care Pharmacist to promote safe and effective medication use.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and make evidence-based decisions on prior authorizations, appeals, and override requests
• Ensure compliance with regulations across various health plans and maintain accurate documentation
• Provide support to members, prescribers, and pharmacies while staying current with clinical guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted pharmacist license
• Bachelor's or Doctor of Pharmacy degree
• Minimum of 2 years of pharmacy practice experience
• Experience in managed care or pharmacy benefit management (PBM)
• Availability to work after hours, weekends, and holidays on a rotating schedule
