Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Clinical Quality Director - Client Launch.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage new client launches for Population Health services, ensuring smooth transitions and successful program implementation
• Conduct quality assurance reviews and collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders to align quality initiatives with client and organizational goals

Required Qualifications

• Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with a current unrestricted U.S. license
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in healthcare quality, service implementation, or project management
• Demonstrated experience managing service launches or large-scale projects in a healthcare setting
• Strong technical proficiency, including experience with data feed management and quality assurance tools
• Systems-oriented and analytical mindset with a deep understanding of healthcare systems and processes
