A company is looking for a Sr. Learning Manager, Compounding.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive learning strategies aligned with business objectives across fulfillment centers and compounding operations
- Create specialized training curricula for non-sterile & sterile compounding, aseptic technique, and cleanroom operations
- Oversee documentation of training activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and drive continuous improvement of training programs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in relevant fields
- 7+ years of experience in learning and development, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role
- Proven experience in developing learning strategies that yield measurable business results
- Significant experience in pharmaceutical operations, particularly in 503b compounding pharmacies
- Demonstrated understanding of FDA regulations, cGMP requirements, and USP standards related to training
