State Licensed Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nurse Practitioner for Senior Care in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical, mental, psychosocial, and developmental needs, and formulate treatment plans
• Document care delivery processes and coordinate medical and nursing plans for patient-centered care
• Assist in developing and implementing new services and programs, including quality improvement projects

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• Master's or Doctorate degree required
• One or more years of experience preferred, particularly in geriatrics or internal medicine
• Licensed as a nurse practitioner and registered nurse with unrestricted state licenses
• Must maintain full and current certification as a nurse practitioner from a nationally recognized certifying body
