Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead (MD or NP) for Fidelity Clinics.

Key Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care and develops treatment plans
• Partners with a lead nurse and administrator to manage the practice
• Leads the clinical team towards achieving quality care and operational goals

Required Qualifications

• Completion of a Residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Valid, state-issued Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license
• Current BLS certification
• Current DEA Registration
• Three professional references
