Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Specialty Prior Authorization Pharmacist.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Technicians and Nurses to process authorization requests and perform clinical assessments
• Coordinate timely communication of case decisions to relevant healthcare professionals
• Handle inbound phone calls and escalations regarding Prior Authorization

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of clinical experience with specialty medications or clinical review of prior authorization requests
• Active pharmacist license in state of residence in good standing
• Experience using MS Office and other Windows-based computer applications
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
