Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries regarding equity awards
- Manage and monitor the equity administration inbox, ensuring timely responses
- Assist in maintaining equity data and records, and prepare equity-related communications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in a financial, HR, or administrative support role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with equity management software is a plus
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
- Experience with equity administration is a plus, but not required
