Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee financial models to support the strategic planning process
• Lead financial due diligence and valuation for mergers and acquisitions
• Provide decision-support analysis and frameworks for assessing ROI on new initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in corporate planning, strategic finance, or investment banking
• Proven expertise in M&A execution and financial modeling
• Experience in SaaS or technology companies is preferred
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; familiarity with BI tools is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
