Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary leadership interface between stakeholders and governance bodies
• Design and implement an enterprise-wide release management framework based on ITIL best practices
• Oversee governance and process adoption across business units while managing an integrated release calendar

Required Qualifications

• US Citizenship and willingness to complete a background check
• 10+ years in IT program management, release management, or enterprise IT governance
• Experience in leading process standardization initiatives in large organizations
• Expertise with ITIL Release Management and governance frameworks
• Experience with large-scale data center migration or cloud adoption programs
