Job Summary

A company is looking for a Praktikant:in Strategic People Advisory (m/w/d).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing competitive strategies and concepts for clients in areas such as compensation design and organizational structure
• Support consultants in implementing changes for leading companies, including transformations and mergers
• Contribute to strategic initiatives while considering company goals and sustainability aspects

Required Qualifications

• Near completion of a Bachelor's degree or currently enrolled in a Master's program with analytical/quantitative focus
• Previous experience in a consulting environment is advantageous but not mandatory
• Interest in the intersection of strategy, HR, compensation, and finance
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
• Fluent in German and English
