Key Responsibilities

• Advise students on program costs and financing options, ensuring accurate and complete information
• Proactively follow up with students to collect necessary documentation for financial aid and payment arrangements
• Monitor and respond to student communications and ensure successful handoff to appropriate resources

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
• At least one year of experience in federal financial aid, student accounts, or military benefits
• Preferred experience in a higher education environment
