Subcontracts Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Subcontracts Manager to support subcontract management and compliance across various programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support supply chain management for key products and services
• Manage the full subcontract lifecycle, including bid package creation, proposal analysis, and negotiation
• Ensure compliance with U.S. export regulations and partner with the Legal team for subcontract legal compliance

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Contracts, Procurement, Project Management, or Subcontractor Management
• Proven expertise in subcontract administration, proposal analysis, and negotiation
• Strong market awareness and adaptability
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
