Summer Law Clerk Internship

Job Summary

A company is looking for a 2026 Summer Law Clerk.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with federal and state court litigation and prepare for court appearances
• Conduct legal research and draft various legal documents, including memoranda and briefs
• Monitor legal developments and support outreach efforts with stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Completion of at least one year of law school, with preference for those who will have completed two years by summer 2026
• Passion for social justice and public service lawyering
• Experience or eagerness to work in nonprofit or advocacy organizations
• Able to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
