Job Summary
A company is looking for a Supplier Quality Specialist to support the Supplier Quality team in maintaining systems, managing audits, and ensuring documentation accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage supplier and raw material data, ensuring accuracy of specifications and certifications
- Coordinate and schedule supplier audits, tracking progress and managing follow-up actions
- Develop and maintain item specifications in alignment with quality and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent experience
- Strong analytical and computer skills, particularly with Excel and databases
- Experience with TraceGains or similar supplier management systems is preferred
- Ability to gather and consolidate data accurately and in a timely manner
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
