Supplier Quality Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supplier Quality Specialist to support the Supplier Quality team in maintaining systems, managing audits, and ensuring documentation accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage supplier and raw material data, ensuring accuracy of specifications and certifications
• Coordinate and schedule supplier audits, tracking progress and managing follow-up actions
• Develop and maintain item specifications in alignment with quality and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent experience
• Strong analytical and computer skills, particularly with Excel and databases
• Experience with TraceGains or similar supplier management systems is preferred
• Ability to gather and consolidate data accurately and in a timely manner
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
