We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst / Logistics Analyst to join our growing team. This is a remote, entry-level position ideal for recent graduates or individuals with foundational knowledge of supply chain processes and a passion for data-driven decision-making. You will support the end-to-end supply chain operations by analyzing data, optimizing workflows, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in analyzing supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
• Monitor inventory levels and support demand forecasting activities.
• Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, delivery performance, and inventory turnover.
• Support procurement and logistics teams with vendor analysis and transportation tracking.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments (e.g., Sales, Operations, Customer Service).
• Help maintain and improve data accuracy across internal systems (ERP, inventory platforms).
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to supply chain processes.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or related roles (internships or co-ops welcome).
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
