Job Summary
A company is looking for a Support Engineer to provide exceptional user support and feedback management.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to user issues across various feedback channels including Discord, GitHub, Slack, and email
- File and sync user issues in the internal tracking system and update troubleshooting documentation
- Reproduce bugs, create test cases, and summarize top user issues for team meetings
Required Qualifications
- Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills
- Basic knowledge of AI-driven development, shells, and terminals
- 1+ years of coding experience (preferred)
- Prior experience in developer tools and as a support engineer (preferred)
- Strong work ethic and organizational skills
