A company is looking for a Support Engineer I who can support a remote-first, flexible shift schedule.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide hardware and firmware deployment support for appliances and assist with configuration of network infrastructure
  • Engage in troubleshooting activities and assist with the initial stages of ticket handling
  • Act as the single point of contact for customer questions and concerns while utilizing a ticketing system for communication
Required Qualifications
  • Two years of experience in B2B Technical Support
  • In-depth knowledge of the OSI Model
  • Understanding of network infrastructure routing and switching concepts
  • Ability to work cooperatively with others within the organization
  • Reliable attendance and ability to work in fast-paced environments
