Support Specialist I

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Specialist I to assist in delivering a residential energy affordability and greenhouse gas reduction program in British Columbia.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with the public to understand their needs and advise on energy reduction strategies
• Collaborate with a close-knit team focused on greenhouse gas reduction
• Attend the Port Coquitlam office bi-weekly while primarily working remotely

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role
• Post-secondary education preferred
• Experience in customer service and problem-solving
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
• Familiarity with House as a System is an asset
