Job Summary

A company is looking for a System Administrator Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversees installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware
• Designs, tests, and implements updates and configurations for network systems
• Develops and maintains disaster recovery plans and performs scheduled tests

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline, or equivalent experience
• Microsoft certification (e.g., MCSA, MCP, MCITP, MCSE)
• Five years of experience administering networks and managing servers
• Four years of experience managing Exchange server
• Three years of experience developing disaster recovery plans
