Key Responsibilities

• Propose and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and optimize the conversion funnel
• Participate in the product life cycle from idea to implementation and launch
• Create technical documentation and specifications for integration interactions between products

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of experience as a System Analyst
• Experience with designing API, architecture, data model, and business processes
• Familiarity with UML/BPMN
• Basic SQL skills
• B1 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team
