Key Responsibilities
- Install, patch, and secure Windows Server, VMware vSphere, Active Directory, and related services
- Operate, monitor, and remediate backup jobs, ensuring quarterly restore tests are performed
- Document changes and maintain runbooks while mentoring junior technicians
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of systems administration experience, preferably in an MSP or multi-client environment
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, VMware, Active Directory, and backup/recovery tools
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) preferred
- Certifications such as MCSA/MCSE, VCP, or backup/security-related credentials preferred
- Proven history of meeting strict uptime, backup, and patching SLAs
