Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems Administrator to manage and secure client systems in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, patch, and secure Windows Server, VMware vSphere, Active Directory, and related services
• Operate, monitor, and remediate backup jobs, ensuring quarterly restore tests are performed
• Document changes and maintain runbooks while mentoring junior technicians

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of systems administration experience, preferably in an MSP or multi-client environment
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, VMware, Active Directory, and backup/recovery tools
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) preferred
• Certifications such as MCSA/MCSE, VCP, or backup/security-related credentials preferred
• Proven history of meeting strict uptime, backup, and patching SLAs
