Systems Analyst I - EPIC Billing

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems Analyst I - EPIC Billing.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform workstation, software, peripheral, network, and workflow support
• Provide first-level diagnostic Help Desk and after-hours support
• Contribute to departmental projects and solutions implementation

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field with one year of relevant experience, or equivalent experience
• High School Diploma/GED with three years of experience, or a Bachelor's Degree
• ITIL Foundations Certification upon or within six months of hire
• Preferred certifications include Microsoft, CompTIA, or equivalent
• Experience in a healthcare environment is preferred
