Job Summary
A company is looking for a Systems Engineer to support the Federal Aviation Administration in advancing the National Airspace System.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and analysis of future NAS concepts, including air traffic automation capabilities and human-system interfaces
- Participate in the definition, development, and validation of system requirements and design specifications
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure systems meet operational, safety, and user needs
Required Qualifications
- BS degree and 2+ years of relevant experience or a Master's degree with less than 2 years of relevant experience
- Experience with air traffic management modernization efforts, including published research or conference presentations
- US Citizenship is required
- Ability to obtain an SF-85P Public Trust clearance from the FAA
