Learning & Development (L&D) Intern

Tagaddod is on a mission to transform waste management and promote sustainability through innovative solutions. We are seeking a Learning & Development (L&D) Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in designing and facilitating training and development initiatives that drive employee performance and engagement.

As an L&D Intern, you will collaborate with various departments to identify learning needs, assist in creating engaging training materials, and support the delivery of workshops and seminars. This role is perfect for someone passionate about fostering a learning culture in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of training programs designed to enhance employee skills.
• Collaborate with the L&D team to create training content and materials.
• Support the coordination and delivery of training sessions and workshops.
• Collect and analyze feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
• Research innovative learning methods and trends in the field of L&D.

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong interest in Learning & Development and training processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute ideas.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn.
