Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Contract).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Coordinate and schedule a high volume of interviews ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved
  • Track completion of pre-employment for candidates and support onboarding processes for new hires
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, with at least one year of relevant experience, including internships in Human Resources or Recruitment
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with proven ability to manage confidential information
  • Proficient in applicant tracking systems, ideally Workday, and solid experience using Google Workspace tools
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative and relationship-driven with a positive attitude
