Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sourcing & Interview Coordination Contractor to support their Talent Acquisition team during a high hiring volume period.

Key Responsibilities
  • Screen inbound applications and identify strong candidates in partnership with recruiters and hiring managers
  • Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones and manage interview logistics
  • Maintain data accuracy within the ATS and support special projects or sourcing initiatives as needed
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, sourcing, or talent operations
  • Experience in a fast-paced or startup environment is preferred
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and scheduling tools
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and adapt quickly to changing schedules
