Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sourcing & Interview Coordination Contractor to support their Talent Acquisition team during a high hiring volume period.
Key Responsibilities
- Screen inbound applications and identify strong candidates in partnership with recruiters and hiring managers
- Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones and manage interview logistics
- Maintain data accuracy within the ATS and support special projects or sourcing initiatives as needed
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, sourcing, or talent operations
- Experience in a fast-paced or startup environment is preferred
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and scheduling tools
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and adapt quickly to changing schedules
