A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator - Temp (Remote).
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews to ensure a seamless experience for candidates and interviewers
- Manage candidate data in the ATS, maintaining accurate records throughout the hiring process
- Serve as a point of contact for candidate inquiries, providing timely communication throughout the hiring process
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or in a similar role
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines in fast-paced environments
- Strong commitment to delivering a positive experience for candidates and stakeholders
- Proficiency with GSuite and/or Microsoft Office tools
- Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems
