Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the recruitment process and enhance the candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate scheduling of interviews and ensure interviewers have necessary materials
  • Manage relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and cross-functional teams
  • Maintain data accuracy in the Applicant Tracking System and report on recruitment metrics
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems, with Greenhouse experience preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
  • Experience in sourcing candidates through various methods
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
