A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the recruitment process and enhance the candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate scheduling of interviews and ensure interviewers have necessary materials
- Manage relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and cross-functional teams
- Maintain data accuracy in the Applicant Tracking System and report on recruitment metrics
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems, with Greenhouse experience preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
- Experience in sourcing candidates through various methods
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
