Job Summary
A company is looking for a Coordinator, Talent Acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Create job requisitions in the Applicant Tracking System and post to job boards
- Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain communication between candidates, Talent Acquisition Partners, and hiring managers
- Ensure accurate employee record keeping and assist with pre-employment background checks
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Human Resource Management or related field preferred; relevant work experience may be considered
- Previous experience in a recruiting, Human Resources, or administrative role required
- Experience with ADP and iCIMS HR software or other ATS is highly desired
- Knowledge of general human resource programs and state and federal employment laws preferred
- Intermediate skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook
