Job Summary

A company is looking for a Coordinator, Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create job requisitions in the Applicant Tracking System and post to job boards
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain communication between candidates, Talent Acquisition Partners, and hiring managers
  • Ensure accurate employee record keeping and assist with pre-employment background checks
Required Qualifications
  • Associate degree in Human Resource Management or related field preferred; relevant work experience may be considered
  • Previous experience in a recruiting, Human Resources, or administrative role required
  • Experience with ADP and iCIMS HR software or other ATS is highly desired
  • Knowledge of general human resource programs and state and federal employment laws preferred
  • Intermediate skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook
