A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator Jr.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Talent Acquisition processes by scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and teams
- Initiate and manage the hiring process, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and timely
- Conduct new hire orientations and coordinate necessary pre-employment tests and background checks
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED; Associate's degree in a related area preferred
- Three years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a related field
- Proficiency in recruiting technologies (ATS) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to create a welcoming environment for candidates
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask
