Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator Jr.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Talent Acquisition processes by scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and teams
  • Initiate and manage the hiring process, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and timely
  • Conduct new hire orientations and coordinate necessary pre-employment tests and background checks
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED; Associate's degree in a related area preferred
  • Three years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a related field
  • Proficiency in recruiting technologies (ATS) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to create a welcoming environment for candidates
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask
