A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Scheduler (Temporary).
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule 15+ interviews daily for high-volume retail roles
- Engage with candidates through phone screenings and email/text campaigns
- Manage candidate data using the Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS)
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement of 18 years
- College degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Passion for the Talent Acquisition industry
- Experience working in a remote setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
