Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Scheduler (Temporary).

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule 15+ interviews daily for high-volume retail roles
  • Engage with candidates through phone screenings and email/text campaigns
  • Manage candidate data using the Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS)
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum age requirement of 18 years
  • College degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Passion for the Talent Acquisition industry
  • Experience working in a remote setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
