Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research and recommend new sources for candidate recruiting
- Build applicant pipelines and promote the company's reputation through various channels
- Conduct preliminary evaluations of applicants' qualifications and manage logistics for recruiting events
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of six (6) months of recruiting/sourcing experience in a professional environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred
- Industry certification(s) from institutions such as SHRM, AIRS, or The Recruiter Academy preferred
