Key Responsibilities

• Support the recruitment process by reviewing and validating candidate profiles from the ATS
• Conduct engaging interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Perform reference checks and maintain accurate candidate records in the Talent Software

Required Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in talent acquisition, with proven skills in conducting interviews
• Experience supporting recruitment processes, ideally with exposure to operational roles
• Strong ability to identify candidates who align with the company's culture
• Highly independent and self-driven, able to take ownership of tasks
• Fluent in English
