Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce visual assets for talent acquisition campaigns and internal communications
- Adapt designs to meet various needs while maintaining brand identity
- Manage multiple projects with shifting priorities and tight deadlines
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing an associate degree or higher from an accredited college or university
- Ability to work 24 hours per week, year-round
- Beginner working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop
- Portfolio showcasing original design work
- Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
