Tax Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tax Associate to support tax filings and compliance operations in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing online tax return filings, EDI, and EFTs
• Preparing required forms and documentation for tax filing
• Assisting in the resolution of tax notices and supporting special projects

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate degree preferred
• 0-2 years of experience in U.S. taxation or a related field
• Ability to identify and propose process improvements
• Understanding of data manipulation, e-filing, and reconciliation processes
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and basic office software
