Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate, BOR & Tax Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, reconcile, and validate annual tax slips and registered plan reports in compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Manage day-to-day operations of tax functions to ensure accurate and timely client tax reporting and filings
  • Collaborate with teams to address tax slip inquiries and support system enhancements through testing and feedback
Required Qualifications
  • Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in financial services, accounting, or tax operations (co-op/internship experience accepted)
  • Familiarity with Canadian tax slip types is an asset
  • Strong proficiency in Excel; knowledge of SQL and Jira is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, especially during peak tax reporting season
