Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly journal entries and reconciliations for general accounting and fixed assets
• Maintain purchase order tracking and ensure budget adherence with Finance
• Analyze transactions and account balances to support monthly close and financial statement accuracy

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in a general accounting role
• Clear understanding of GAAP for financial statement accuracy
• Knowledge of financial and tax reporting
• Federal and state tax knowledge with the ability to research
