Taylor Management is seeking a highly motivated and organized Portfolio Community Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential communities in New Jersey. As a Portfolio Community Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and operation of multiple properties, ensuring that each community operates efficiently and meets the needs of its residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of assigned communities, ensuring adherence to best practices and community standards.
- Oversee and coordinate maintenance and repair activities, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Build and maintain relationships with residents, addressing concerns and fostering community engagement.
- Attend and facilitate board meetings, providing guidance and support to board members.
- Ensure compliance with governing documents and local laws.
Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in property or community management, with a focus on portfolio management.
- Strong financial management and budgeting skills.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certification in community management (CMCA, AMS, or similar) is preferred.
