Key Responsibilities

• Optimize high-traffic Node.js services for scaling and performance

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in a Team Lead role managing remote teams
• Minimum 3+ years of experience with Node.js in backend development
• Experience with high-traffic platforms and scalable systems
• Comfortable operating outside managed cloud environments
• Communicative level of English (B2)
