Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Lead - Africa who will manage a team of Research Specialists focusing on in-depth research and user relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Research Specialists, prioritize projects, and monitor quality to maintain high standards of client service
• Interact with government users to build and maintain relationships and provide training on online platforms
• Oversee research and writing tasks, ensuring products meet program standards and proactively develop reports on emerging topics

Required Qualifications

• Experience working with the US government or military and in international relations or development
• Experience producing research products on international topics
• Experience reviewing work for clarity, organization, and quality
• US citizenship and ability to acquire a security clearance
• Experience with a relevant program
