Team Leader

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Leader.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise an evaluation team conducting various types of evaluations
• Assist in developing evaluation guidelines, manuals, and training materials
• Coordinate evaluation methodology design and oversee the development of deliverables

Required Qualifications

• At least 8 years of relevant experience in international development evaluations
• Strong working knowledge of UN evaluation norms and standards
• Experience managing teams and ensuring compliance with contract requirements
• Demonstrated experience in conducting desk research and writing assessment reports
• Bachelor's Degree in Economics or a related field; Master's degree preferred
