Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise an evaluation team conducting various types of evaluations
- Assist in developing evaluation guidelines, manuals, and training materials
- Coordinate evaluation methodology design and oversee the development of deliverables
Required Qualifications
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in international development evaluations
- Strong working knowledge of UN evaluation norms and standards
- Experience managing teams and ensuring compliance with contract requirements
- Demonstrated experience in conducting desk research and writing assessment reports
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics or a related field; Master's degree preferred
