LinkedIn Ads Specialist (Expert Level)

Type: Freelance | Internal
Salary: $10 an hour
Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (PST)

About the Role

We’re looking for an expert-level LinkedIn Ads Specialist to fully own and execute our paid strategy on LinkedIn. This role requires someone deeply experienced with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, B2B lead generation, and high-conversion funnel building. You’ll lead the development, execution, and performance optimization of all LinkedIn ad initiatives from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage LinkedIn ad campaigns focused on lead generation, brand awareness, and retargeting.
  • Build custom audience segments based on job titles, industries, company size, and matched lists.
  • Create and optimize ad creatives and copy tailored for LinkedIn’s professional user base.
  • Monitor performance and continually improve results based on key metrics (CTR, CPL, conversion rate).
  • Run A/B tests to improve creative, messaging, and targeting effectiveness.
  • Set up and manage conversion tracking through LinkedIn Insight Tag and offline events.
  • Generate weekly reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Stay informed on LinkedIn ad platform updates, tools, and best practices.

    Qualifications
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience running LinkedIn Ads campaigns, ideally in B2B or high-ticket environments.
  • Deep expertise in LinkedIn Campaign Manager and ad formats including Sponsored Content, Message Ads, and Lead Gen Forms.
  • Proven success in driving quality leads and improving campaign ROAS.
  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to act on performance metrics.
  • Exceptional copywriting skills for ad messaging across the sales funnel.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Insight Tag and CRM integrations (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
