Real Estate Marketing Assistant

Job Type: Part-Time

Work Hours: Monday to Thursday (4 hours a day), Pacific Time

Salary: $360 per month

Job Overview: 

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Real Estate Marketing Assistant to support a real estate agent in property listing and marketing activities. This position involves creating and managing listings on MLS, LoopNet, and other real estate platforms, handling social media advertising, and communicating with potential buyers across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and post property listings on MLS, LoopNet, and other relevant platforms.
• Create visually appealing and informative marketing content for each property.
• Manage and update social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to promote listings and brand presence.
• Respond to inquiries from potential buyers via email, direct messages, and social media platforms.
• Coordinate with photographers, stagers, and vendors to ensure timely and professional listing launches.
• Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and listings.
• Maintain organized records of leads, communications, and listing statuses.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed by the agent.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in real estate, marketing, or a similar assistant role preferred.
• Familiarity with MLS, LoopNet, Zillow, and other listing platforms.
• Strong understanding of social media marketing and engagement strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar design tools is a plus.
