Tech Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tech Lead to oversee the architecture and technical progress of a technology product.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a pod of engineers by writing code, conducting design reviews, and mentoring team members
• Collaborate with other tech leads and the Head of Applications to develop a technical roadmap and implement best practices
• Work with Product Management and UX design to ensure feature specifications are technically feasible and high quality

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience as a Senior Software Engineer or Tech Lead in fullstack web applications using TypeScript/React
• Experience in architecture design and breaking down user stories into technical tickets
• Ability to manage and coach junior engineers in technical skills and development
• Experience working in a startup environment with a focus on high-quality product delivery
• Familiarity with healthcare software or high-security industries is preferred
