Key Responsibilities

- Oversee major projects and process changes within the Service organization, ensuring alignment with business needs and timelines
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a technical business analyst or in a systems-oriented role
- Proven ability to define requirements and support agile delivery cycles
- Experience working in cross-functional teams with business and technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with SDLC, Agile frameworks, and tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Strong understanding of user experience principles and process mapping techniques
