Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Business Analyst to serve as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and validate business and system requirements across multiple initiatives
• Act as a translator between business leadership and IT teams to ensure mutual understanding and alignment
• Oversee major projects and process changes within the Service organization, ensuring alignment with business needs and timelines

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a technical business analyst or in a systems-oriented role
• Proven ability to define requirements and support agile delivery cycles
• Experience working in cross-functional teams with business and technical stakeholders
• Familiarity with SDLC, Agile frameworks, and tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Strong understanding of user experience principles and process mapping techniques
