Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Technical Data Analysis to lead a team of analysts focused on data accuracy and governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Technical Data Analysts
• Define and oversee documentation of data requirements, mappings, and business rules
• Ensure data quality, validation, and lineage standards are met

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years in data/business analysis or governance, including 2+ in leadership
• Strong SQL and understanding of modern data platforms (Azure, Snowflake)
• Experience with metadata tools (Microsoft Purview preferred)
• Proven ability to lead teams and improve processes
• Automotive retail/lending knowledge is a plus
