Key Responsibilities
- Provide quality control (QC) reviews of customer-facing and internal documents focusing on consistency, clarity, and conciseness
- Ensure deliverable content follows standard templates, brand guidelines, and company policies
- Identify and log risks and issues for analysis while storing records of work and revisions
Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years' experience in technical writing or editing of documentation and reports
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- Ability to develop business relationships with various personalities
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple activities while meeting deadlines
- Detail-oriented
